Grammys 2016: The most bizarre dresses on the red carpet
The 58th annual Grammy Awards was held at the Staples Center on 15 February in Los Angeles. During the music night, a number of celebrities were dressed in sophisticated gowns, while some were in crazy ensembles.
Leading the worst dressed list is California-born American singer and songwriter Joy Villa, who practically wore nothing but black plastic strips covering her modesty, which looked like an extended rib cage. The 24-year-old completed the look with matching heels and a dramatic headpiece.
Cameroonian singer Dencia wore a pink embellished jumpsuit, which had a huge zipper and Hello Kitty's attached to it. Her outlandish style statement was added with matching cat-eye frames, a pearl neck piece and spiked boots.
American singer and songwriter Z LaLa failed to impress with her red carpet outfit, which was made out of handmade whips. She finished the look with an unflattering headgear.
Singer Manika wore a bizarre sheer dress, exposing her skin. The 22-year-old matched the outfit with shimmering shoes and a messy hairdo.
Jacqueline Van Bierk wore a feathery ensemble for the event, which consisted of a sheer bodysuit and cape. She paired the outfit with a matching clutch and bright pink heels.
Elle King was spotted in a black Christian Siriano dress, featuring fringe. The 26-year-old completed the look with a Tyler Alexandra clutch.
