American actress Halle Berry has married Olivier Martinez at the Chateau des Conde in Vallery, a commune in the Burgundy region of central France.

According to Us Weekly, the Oscar-winning actress and Martinez, a French actor, exchanged vows at a civil ceremony performed by a local mayor and then had a religious ceremony in the chateau's chapel.

"White marquees were put up, and everyone was very discreet because it was a show business wedding," a source said, "But generally it was pretty down-to-earth."

The groom's mother, Rosemarie, and brother, Vincent, were among the 60 invited guests.

"I do know it [the wedding] will be very small," she told InStyle in October, "I haven't been to many weddings, but I went to one this weekend with 250 guests. I thought, 'Wow - so this is a wedding, huh?' I've never had that, nor have I wanted that. I wasn't even trying to catch the bouquet."

Berry and Martinez have been dating since 2010, when they worked together on Dark Tide.

"When I first met Olivier, there wasn't the initial 'I'm in love!' It was something that grew more gradually -- and it feels more real because of that," the 46-year-old said of her relationship, "[Marriage] is another one of those never-say-never things. I'm a hopeless romantic, and I won't stop till I get it right!"

This is the Catwoman star's third marriage. She was previously married to former baseball professional David Justice; the two split in 1997 after four years together. After that the James Bond girl (Halle Berry was Jinx Johnson to Pierce Brosnan's 007 character in 2002's Die Another Day) was married to singer Eric Benét, from whom she split in 2005, also after four years.

Berry has a five-year-old daughter, Nahla Aubry, from a relationship with French Canadian model Gabriel Aubry.

This is Martinez's first marriage. The 47-year-old Paris-born actor previously dated Australian singer Kylie Minogue and British model Rosie Huntington-Whitely.

Berry and Martinez are expecting their first child together, a son.
