Hart of Dixie season 4 will return with an all new episode tonight, 16 January, 2015 at 8pm on The CW.

Episode 2, titled The Curling Iron, is where Zoe Hart tells Wade about her pregnancy.

The full synopsis of the episode reads as follows:

Too many secrets - Confused by Zoe's (Rachel Bilson) attempts to make amends, Wade (Wilson Bethel) seeks love advice from Lemon (Jaime King), while Zoe does her best to focus on work instead of her Wade problems. Lemon and Brick (Tim Matheson) are attempting to keep the truth about their respective love lives a secret from Grandma Bettie (guest star Maree Cheatham). Meanwhile, Lavon (Cress Williams) and George (Scott Porter) begrudgingly work together to get the real scoop on Lemon's new boyfriend Henry (guest star Ian Anthony Dale).

Executive producer Leila Gerstein has teased how this unexpected event changes Zoe and Wade's romantic future.

"She's going to freak out as I think many people would!" Gerstein said of Zoe's surprise news.

Although Dr Hart will not reveal the news to Wade in a normal way, according to reports, Wade will find out what's going on with Zoe by the end of episode 2.

"Episode 3 will see both of them overreacting to this news in crazily inappropriate ways," Gerstein said.

"Finally, by the end of episode 3, they will have come around and there will be a major resolution as to what's going to happen between them and their child."
