Idaho: Public told to keep away from moose on the loose in Boise
Beware: there is a moose on the loose in the north American state of Idaho.
The animal was spotted in the morning of 23 April, around Elm Grove Park, in Boise and police are warning the public to stay away from the area while they to catch it.
Idaho Fish and Game officials are currently on the scene and are trying to make sure the moose does not pose a danger to the public.
It is believed it is the same moose that went on the run near Warm Springs and the Greenbelt last year, according to KBOI 2News.
Wildlife in eastern Idaho is nothing out of the ordinary – animals come down from the mountains this time of year during breeding season – but a moose on the loose within city limits is still considered to be a rare sight.
