Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin dating again: Couple's 'relationship is solid'

Academy Award-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin have reportedly reunited after a brief break-up.

The 24-year-old Hunger Games star and the 37-year-old Coldplay frontman started spending time together since June last year, after she broke up with her on-off boyfriend and fellow actor Nicholas Hoult.

When Lawrence and Martin started dating, they had gotten serious about their relationship and had talked about their future together as well.

Later, the two split in September, but were spotted together enjoying a dinner date at Kiwami Sushi in Studio City on New Year's eve.

"Even though they are busy, the relationship is solid," a source told People. "They see each other when they can."

As earlier reported, Lawrence and Martin had split because of his estranged wife, Gwyneth Paltrow.

The Iron Man actress had announced that she was separating from her husband in March 2014, after being together for ten years and bringing up two children named Apple and Moses.

However, Martin and Paltrow have remained close for their children.

"Jennifer understands that the children come first with Chris and that his relationship with Gwyneth is based around the family and will always be a part of his life. Things are good between them," the insider added.

Meanwhile, Paltrow recently admitted that she wished giving a second chance to her marriage with Martin.

"There are times when I think it would have been better if we had stayed married, which is always what your children want. But we have been able to solidify this friendship, so that we're really close," she told Harper's Bazaar UK.
