Jessa Duggar: Former 19 Kids And Counting star says to 'trust God' after Josh Duggar's scandals
Jessa Duggar made a public appearance after the latest scandal involving her brother Josh Duggar. The third daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar attended a meet and greet with fans at the Southern Women's Show in Charlotte, North Carolina to promote her book Growing Up Duggar: It's All About Relationships.
Following Josh's sexual molestation scandal, TLC had cancelled 19 Kids And Counting from its network. Adding on, the father-of-four was recently exposed in the Ashley Madison hack. Jessa spoke to People Magazine, and talked about the media attention surrounding her brother's confessions of adultery and porn addiction. "You just have to keep your focus and trust God," she said.
Jessa, who is married to Ben Seewald, is due to give birth on 1 November, on their first wedding anniversary. It was previously reported that she was upset that the media has been ignoring her pregnancy.
However, at the event, Jessa revealed she is enjoying her pregnancy and spilled details on the baby's nursery. The parents-to-be also did not reveal whether they are having a boy or a girl.
"The nursery is neutral," Jessa said. "Our house is tiny, the nursery will also be the guest room. We haven't told anyone what we are doing in the nursery."
