Joey Fatone confirms Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake expecting their first child

American actress Jessica Biel is expecting her first child with husband Justin Timberlake.

The 33-year-old actor's former 'N Sync bandmate Joey Fatone confirmed that the couple are expecting a baby during an interview with InTouch.

"He told me a while ago, and I kept my mouth shut. But now I can talk about it!" he said.

Adding on, the 37-year-old singer said that, Biel and Timberlake who tied the knot in Southern Italy in October 2012, will make good parents.

"Jessica is awesome, and Justin is a kid at heart," Fatone said. "[They'll have] fun."

This news comes after Biel's friend, InStyle's editor-in-chief Ariel Foxman, took to Instagram on 30 October to congratulate Biel on "impending motherhood".

Last May, the Friends with Benefits actor had talked about having children.

''I'm not against the idea at all, but I think I still have some time ahead of me," he told OK! magazine, as quoted by EntertainmentWise. "Let's leave it to fate. Life didn't change overnight. Marriage, family - it's all part of the normal steps you take when you reach your thirties."

"She's brought me stability and an inner force," he said of Biel. "The most important thing for me is that we're able to communicate so well and talk about absolutely everything. It's beautiful to have that kind of closeness and understanding."
