Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin split: Is Selena Gomez reason for their break-up?

Canadian singer and songwriter Justin Bieber split with rumoured girlfriend Hailey Baldwin as he did not share the same feelings for her, he did for former girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

American actor Alec Baldwin's niece had recently celebrated the Baby singer's 21st birthday on 1 March. She shared a picture of herself on Instagram, with her arms wrapped around him.

"Justin is having fun being single right now and doesn't want anything serious, so he slowed things down with Hailey," a source told Hollywood Life.

"They were a friends with benefits situation and she couldn't handle it. He thinks she's a great girl but didn't want to hurt her so he cooled things off. He'll see her every once and a while just not as much," the insider added.

However, Gomez has moved on from the Boyfriend singer and is getting serious about her relationship with Russian-German music producer/DJ Zedd.

Rumours that the 22-year-old former Disney star and the 25-year-old, whose real name is Anton Zaslavski, are dating started after they were spotted getting close during the Golden Globes after-party.

The Come & Get It singer also posed for photographers, resting her head on Zedd's shoulder.

Meanwhile, during an interview with MTV, Zedd gushed about Gomez, and shared his experience on working together on the music video of I Want You To Know.

"She's extremely talented with dealing and being in the press all the time and being everywhere and not being bothered by that. I find it extremely inspiring. To see that you can kind of shut off and do your thing and not be bothered by other people," he said.
