Pop icon Justin Beiber's mother is reportedly rather concerned about her son's erratic ways.

"As any mom of an adult child, Pattie is holding him close and talking to him about everything, but she can't make his decisions for him,"a source close to Pattie Mallette told E! News.

"As any caring mother would be, Pattie is genuinely concerned for Justin, and she has said in many interviews before that she doesn't have her head in the clouds and keeps in very close touch," the source added.

"She talks with him almost every day, which is likely more than any mom and a 19-year-old son ... and she is in the public eye dealing with all of this," they stated.

Bieber might reportedly be heading to rehab soon if he listens to his close ones.

He has reportedly been tainted by so many scandals of late and people closest to him are said to be quite concerned and want him to get help as soon as possible.

Bieber's house was raided recently on complaints that he threw eggs at his neighbour.

Meanwhile, it is reported that Beiber feels bad about his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez getting in and out of rehab.

"He feels bad about her situation. Justin hasn't been around to personally comfort her — possibly because Selena and her handlers won't allow it— but it's not like he doesn't care. She's got to control it and know her limit," insiders told HollywoodLife.

Beiber was recently arrested for racing a yellow Lamborghini and was reportedly found with traces of marijuana and anti-anxiety drug Xanax in his body.

His manager Scooter Braun also reportedly wants him to get help and go into rehab. However, his mother disagrees.

"Justin is not out of control. He has always been someone who has to do things his way. He will do the right thing and he will come out on top," his mother is quoted as telling her friends.
