Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are planning to tie the knot this summer and a lavish wedding ceremony is expected.

The former N Sync singer has been dating his actress fiancée for some time now and the couple was reportedly engaged in January, although there were similar reports from December. The actress has since been flaunting a rather large diamond ring.

"Justin and Jessica are planning a big [summer] wedding. Jessica initially wanted a smaller, more intimate wedding, but Justin from the beginning wanted a big wedding, and that's what they have decided on," a source told the People Magazine, who added the guest list was being personally supervised by Timberlake.

Meanwhile, MTV reports the ever-so romantic Justin Timberlake has promised his bride-to-be the wedding day will be her "best day ever".

Timberlake first spoke of his feelings for Biel in 2011, to Vanity Fair magazine, where he said the actress was the single most important person in his life. Biel responded in an interview with Vogue, where she said her relationship with the "In Time" actor was the most precious thing in her life.

The couple's preparations for the big day are apparently running smoothly.

Moreover, Biel seems to have gelled quite well with her fiancée's friends.

Timberlake's former band mate, Lance Bass, considers her to be "one of the guys", according to The Belfast Telegraph. Lance is also trying to figure out what to gift the couple. He believes that a "personalized appliance" could be the perfect present for the couple.

"They just get each other. I love Jess because she's just one of the guys and with Justin, you've just got to be one of the guys too," Lance also told US Weekly.
