Kardashian sisters credit Blac Chyna with saving brother Rob's life
The Kardashians have welcomed her into the family, ending their social media feuds.
The Kardashian sisters' feud with Blac Chyna has ended after they credited her with saving their brother Rob's life. The sock entrepreneur's life appeared to be spiralling out of control after he gained over 100 pounds (45kg), reportedly suffering bouts of depression and serious health complications as a result of his weight gain.
However, after embarking on a new romance with Blac Chyna, the 29-year-old turned his life around, losing 70 pounds (31kg) and reconnecting with his family. The couple went public with their relationship in January, and have been described as inseparable ever since after a whirlwind romance
And while the sisters were frequently at odds with the former stripper, who has a child with Kylie Jenner's ex Tyga, the family has had a change of heart and welcomed her into the fold.
"They literally thought he was going to die," a friend told UsWeekly. "They feel like Chyna saved him. The [Kardashian sisters] have gotten over their issues with Chyna now. They've welcomed her in."
In May, Rob confirmed they are expecting a child together, posting a pregnant Chyna emoji on Instagram, while his 27-year-old fiancée also went public with her baby news, captioning an image of an emoji of herself with a baby bump.
As Rob struggled with complications from his recent weight gain, with Chyna's support he has lost the weight and reconnected with his family after having been estranged from them. It will be the second child for Chyna, who has a three-year-old son named King Cairo with her ex-fiancé and Kylie Jenner's boyfriend Tyga.
The parents-to-be are said to be "super-excited" as they anticipate the new arrival. Chyna's representative confirmed to Us Weekly. "She's very happy."
Rob's sister Kim Kardashian-West was one of the first of the Kardashian clan to send her good wishes as she 'liked' the Instagram image. She later stated that she was sure Rob will be "the best dad."
The pair is now set to marry in October following reports that they have been offered a seven-figure deal for the first pictures of their baby. They will also feature in a spin-off series documenting the arrival of their baby and an E! wedding special.
While the romance was initially met with cynicism from his sisters, despite their social media war, it is rumoured that Kylie might even be a bridesmaid at the wedding.
