Kate Middleton post-baby diet: Duchess enjoying green juices for 'extra boost'
Kate Middleton is reportedly following a healthy routine to get back into shape.
The Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William welcomed their second child, Princess Charlotte, on 2 May, weighing 8lb 3oz, just two hours after Kate was admitted at the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital.
According to a report in Us Weekly, the 32-year-old royal's sister Pippa Middleton has arranged for fresh juices to be delivered to her 10-bedroom Anmer Hall estate in Norfolk.
"Pippa arranged to have fresh juices delivered to Kate every three days," a source said. "It was a surprise treat. Kate used to blend her own juices and this is much easier."
"She just enjoys green juice in the morning. It's Kate's go-to for an extra boost," the insider added.
Adding on, the Duke of Cambridge has started having green juices.
"Pippa was the one who got them into juicing. They all love it!" the source added.
Kate Middleton is a fan of juice diets, and began drinking fruit and vegetable juices before the royal wedding in 2011 to help her slim down for her big day.
The mother-of-two was also dubbed "Smoothie Queen" by the media, for her love of making juices using the Nutribullet blender.
