Kate Middleton Pregnant: David Beckham Gives Advice for Baby Number Two

David Beckham has offered some friendly advice to Kate Middleton and Prince William, who are expecting their second baby.

Earlier this week, Clarence House confirmed the Duchess of Cambridge is pregnant.

The former Manchester United and Real Madrid midfielder who have four children with former Spice Girl-turned-fashion designer Victoria Beckham, spoke about the royal pregnancy at New York Fashion Week, where his wife presented her Spring/Summer 2015 collection.

"They definitely need to get some more sleep before this little one arrives," he joked.

The Beckhams are very close to the Royal Family and were present for Prince William and Kate Middleton's fairy-tale wedding back in April 2011. The Duke of Cambridge and the former LA Galaxy midfielder worked together during the United Kingdom's bid for the Fifa World Cup and the London 2012 Olympics.

Meanwhile, the 39-year-old former England football captain, also praised the Duke and the Duchess who are parents to Prince George, born on 22 July last year.

"Obviously William I've known for quite a few years, and William is such a great person, such a great dad. Catherine is exactly the same. She's a great mum and obviously with the commitments that they have to be a great mum and dad is pretty incredible," David said.
