Kim Kardashian pregnant: Reality TV star responds to claims about naming second child 'South West'
American reality television star Kim Kardashian and husband, American rapper Kanye West will not name their second child South West.
No sooner was it revealed that the 34-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was pregnant with West's second baby, fans immediately started speculating that the couple would once again go for a "direction-inspired" name.
However, in an interview with the NPR show Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me, Kardashian responded to the hilarious comments about her second baby's name.
"I don't like South West though, because North will always be better, and she has a better direction," she said. "I wouldn't do that [set them up in conflict with each other]. I don't think we'll go with another direction."
"You'll be surprised at all the names people do send us," she revealed. "I mean, everyone keeps saying South, and I think that's so stupid. It's the stupidest thing ever, and just ridiculous."
Kardashian also squashed allegations that the couple could be faking the 34-year-old's pregnancy or about knowing the gender of the baby.
"We actually haven't told anyone the sex," she said. "So I heard that we're having a boy, I heard that we're having twins, I heard that I'm not even carrying my own baby... I've heard so many things, and most of the information is not true," she claimed.
