Kuala Lumpur: Nico Rosberg runs more than 2,000 steps up Petronas Towers
Mercedes F1 driver Nico Rosberg ran and walked up more than 2,000 steps to the top of one of the 88-storey Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, on 23 March.
The driver did not appear to be too winded when he got to the observation deck, near the very top of the 1,483ft structure.
He then showed his fans some of the views over the city from the tower, owned and built by one of his team's sponsors.
"Amazing experience here at the top of the Petronas Twin Towers, or one of them at least, unreal," he said. "Please all watch on Sunday and cross your fingers for us to have a great weekend."
The Malaysian Grand Prix, the second round in the Formula One calendar, takes place on 29 March at the Sepang track near Kuala Lumpur.
World champion Lewis Hamilton, Rosberg's team mate, won the first race in Australia with Rosberg second. Mercedes appear to be even better prepared than last season, with other teams braced for Mercedes to dominate the series entirely, possibly winning every race.
