Kyle Edmund vs David Goffin, Davis Cup 2015 final: Where to watch live, preview and betting odds
Great Britain take on Belgium in the final of the Davis Cup, with Kyle Edmund taking on David Goffin in the opening rubber on 27 November.
Where to watch
Edmund vs Goffin will be available live to watch on BBC2 from 12.30pm GMT with live coverage also available through the BBC Sport website. That will be followed shortly after by Andy Murray against Ruben Bemelmans. IBTimes UK will have reports and round-ups on the final throughout the weekend.
Preview
South African-born Edmund was perhaps the surprise choice in the Great Britain team, which was confirmed on 26 November. Captain Leon Smith selected three singles players for his team, choosing the British number two ahead of doubles specialist Dom Inglot to make him just the sixth man in the history of the competition to make his Davis Cup debut in the final.
While Inglot would have been an effective option for the doubles match on 28 November, Edmund was the favourite to receive the nod ahead of him for good reason. The 20-year-old regained his place in the world's top 100 with a victory on clay at the Buenos Aires Challenger, with Smith watching on in November to really accelerate his push towards this weekend's final to represent his adopted country.
His relative inexperience will be tested when he comes up against Goffin, the world number 16. Andy Murray had no problem in dispatching the 24-year-old in a 6-1 6-0 thrashing at the Paris Masters earlier in November, with his brother Jamie suggesting the weight of the defeat left Belgium with mental scars ahead of the opener on 27 November. But Goffin will start as the clear favourite after his rapid climb up the rankings over the past 18 months, shooting up 90 places since May 2014.
Betting odds
Kyle Edmund – 4/1
David Goffin – 10/11
