Madonna Brits fall: On-stage tumble by the Material Girl triggers hilarious memes

If Madonna's plan was to make her Brits comeback epic, she definitely succeeded. The singer kicked off her highly-anticipated performance at London's O2 by falling down some stairs.
The incident occurred after a dancer attempted to remove an Armani cape the 56-year-old pop star was wearing and the heavy costume dragged her down.
Ever the professional, Madonna picked herself up and continued performing as if the dramatic tumble never happened and later reassured fans that all was well.
"Nothing can stop me and love really lifted me up," she said in a post on Instagram.
But even the Material Girl's fighting spirit wasn't enough to keep the trolls at bay. The embarrassing footage went viral in minutes, spawning hundreds of hilarious memes.
As #MadonnaAtTheBrits, #shefellover and #nocapes continue to trend on Twitter, we take a look at the best memes making the rounds online.
