Mariah Carey Nick Cannon divorce: America's Got Talent host planning bitter custody battle?

Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey's divorce battle is taking a bitter turn with each passing day.

Their rough relationship is reportedly taking a toll on the Elusive Chanteuse as she reportedly had an onstage breakdown during one of her Christmas shows.

The pop diva had an emotional breakdown while performing her old classic Hero on Monday night at the Beacon Theater.

"The 44-year-old singer appeared to be overwhelmed with passion and emotion as she tried to make it through the 1993 hit," In Touch reported.

Apparently, things are not going smoothly for the estranged couple as the America's Got talent show host is trying to grab a huge chunk of Carey's money, Classicalite reported.

The website also said that Cannon is upset after their marriage failed as he thinks he sacrificed a lot to make it work.

"Thought they signed a prenup, Nick feel entitled to $50 million, And just to be difficult, he submitted a list of jewelry and presents he wants back...He's playing head games," a source close to the 44-year-old singer told Life and Style.

Carey is reportedly worried as her estranged husband is reportedly defying their mutual agreement about the custody of their children and is preparing for an ugly custody battle.

Cannon recently spent some quality time with his twins Roc and Roe and according to the People, they ate Mac and cheese, lollipops, chicken fingers, and a King Kong Sundae. Many suspect this was Cannon's attempt to impress the children and win the custody row.
