Middlesex University Murder: Men Charged With Killing Noor Hassan Barre to Stand Trial at Old Bailey
Two men charged with murdering Noor Hassan Barre at Middlesex University will stand trial together at the Old Bailey on Friday (7 November).
Sodiq Adebayo, 21, and Kevin Mao, 20, from Iford and Tottenham in north London respectively, appeared in separate courts today after they were arrested for the 22-year-old's murder on Monday (3 November).
Adebayo appeared at Barkingside Magistrates' Court while Mao appeared at Wimbledon Magistates' Court. Neither entered a plea.
They have both been remanded in custody and appear at the Central Criminal Court on Friday, 7 November.
They are accused of stabbing Hassan Barre to death at the university campus, in Hendon, north London, in the early hours of Friday (31 October) morning.
Two other men, aged 21 and 20, who were also arrested yesterday, remain in police custody.
The investigation is being led by officers from the Homicide and Major Crime Command (HMCC).
