Motorola Moto X 2015 features front-facing LED flash in newly leaked images
New images of the purported Moto X (2015) have surfaced, with pictures indicating the presence of a front-facing LED flash.
The feature should make it easier for users to capture selfies even at night. The newly surfaced images also hint at a rear camera with dual LED-flash.
These images, courtesy of Peru Android on Facebook, add credence to the fact that Moto X 2015 will be a high-end smartphone.
As per a PhoneArena report, there would be two Moto X smartphone variants, one with a 5.7in screen and another with 5.2in.
Moto X 2015 is also said to feature a fingerprint sensor, a feature first introduced by Apple in iPhone 5s.
Moto X 2015 is expected to be launched with the following features:
- Android 5.1 (Lollipop) operating system
- Qualcomm Snapdragon hexa-core processor
- 4GB RAM
- Fixed 32/64GB internal storage options
- 16MP rear camera
- 5MP front camera
- 3,280 mAh battery
Motorola is holding a media event on 28 July in London with the Moto X 2015 and the Moto G 2015 expected to be launched.
A SIM-free variant of the smartphone should cost between £400 and £500 when it hits stores in August.
