One Direction's Harry Styles Buys £3m Bachelor Pad

One Direction's Harry Style has reportedly traded in his East End flat for a £3m bachelor pad in an upmarket part of the capital.

The 18-year-old heartthrob, who found fame on X Factor in 2010, is said to have used some of his £100m boyband earnings on the mansion in exclusive area of north London.

And what a way to move a few rungs up the property ladder.

The four-bedroom stucco-fronted house, already dubbed Harry's Party Place, boasts 2,300sq ft of living space and a large rear southwest-facing garden.

The property also features three bathrooms, a swimming pool, three reception rooms, four car parking spaces and a double car lift.

A source close to the cougar-lover, who previously dated 32-year-old Caroline Flack, said: "A lot of Harry's friends live in Primrose Hill and Belsize Park so he wanted to move closer to them

"The new house is enormous compared to his old flat. It has four bedrooms and as many bathrooms, as well as a few huge, open-plan living areas. It's the perfect party pad."

Celebrity neighbours also include Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw , Pixie Geldof and Cara Delevingne.
