Hollywood's most glamorous were undeniably gorgeous as they hit the red carpet at the 85th Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
Jennifer Lawrence, who has been nominated for the Best Actress category for her role in Silver Linings Playbook, looked elegant in a Dior haute couture dress, combined with Chopard jewels, a Roger Vivier clutch and Brian Atwood shoes.
"Today was stressful and I had no time to eat. I'm starving! Is there food here?" Lawrence said on the red carpet.
Jessica Chastain looked elegant in a custom Armani Prive dress, combined with Harry Winston jewels and Christian Louboutin heels. The 35-year-old actress has also been nominated for the Best Actress award for her work in Zero Dark Thirty.
"I'm freaking out. Last year, I was a bit stunned by it, like the fog of it-'I'm nominated for an Oscar, what does this mean?!' And this year, it's like I can see clearly now, and I'm nominated for an Oscar. Oh my god!" she said.
Les Misérables actress Amanda Seyfried was spotted in a custom Alexander McQueen gown and matched with Lorraine Schwartz jewels and Roger Vivier shoes.
Quvenzhane Wallis looked adorable in a navy, sparkly Armani dress and carried her signature puppy purse.
"This is a special dog it's renamed after my puppy I have at home-Sandy," she told to Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet.
The 9-year-old Beasts of the Southern Wild actress is nominated in the Best Actress category, becoming the youngest Oscar nominee ever.
