Paris terror scare: Reports of Charles de Gaulle Airport evacuation denied by airport
Reports of a suspicious package were picked up by The Sun and the Daily Mail.

Charles de Gaulle Airport was at the centre of a terrorism scare early on 29 December after reports that a suspicious package had precipitating an evacuation.
It was reported that passengers were asked to leave the Paris airport – the largest in France – after a security alert. The source of the claims appears to be Mbatoto Madagoro, a purported journalist, who tweeted: "Suspicious package at Roissy terminal 2C. My on-site contact told me everyone has been evacuated from area 15."
Both The Sun and The Daily Mail reported his claims, prompting a quick response from Charles de Gaulle Airport on twitter. A spokesman said: "No evacuation at #CDG airport this morning. Only usual unattended baggage procedure. We are now back to normal."
