Many fans believe that Mona's twin sister may be the masked tormentor and will return soon to haunt the liars.
However, this is not the first time the show producers have teased the big A reveal as during the finale of each season, they hooked fans on a cliffhanger by luring them about the real identity which ideally never happened till season 4.
King, have earlier suggested that season 6 of PLL will be the hugest because the real identity of the shows villain will be made public.
The official synopsis of the next episode reads:
"The 'Liars,' now equipped with new information, decide they need to speak to Alison. But once the truth is out there, Aria quickly learns that Mike's (Cody Allen Christian) involvement with Mona (Janel Parrish) and this new revelation could have serious repercussions for her family. Determined to keep Mike safe and get Ali out of jail, the 'Liars' intensify their search for information on "A." Meanwhile, Spencer (Troian Bellisario) heads to London for an important college interview, and Alison looks to someone surprising for help with her murder trial.
