Prince Charles might star in the upcoming James Bond film
Prince Charles might follow the Queen's league to appear in Bond 25 releasing in April 2020.
Prince Charles was has been offered a cameo in the upcoming 007 film Bond 25 when he made a surprised visit to the Pinewood Studios, according to The Sun. The prince of Wales met Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes and Naomi Harris on the set.
"They loved the buzz around the Queen's appearance alongside Daniel Craig and think Charles could top even that," The Sun quoted a source saying. "He is the epitome of everything British, perfect for a cameo role and Bond fans worldwide would absolutely love it."
If Charles accepts the role, he would be following the Queen's footsteps who starred in a spoof video alongside Danny Boyle's James Bond for the opening ceremony of the 2012 Olympics in London.
Charle's cameo may help reverse some bad luck that has been plaguing the movie production. Craig underwent a surgery for injuring his ankle. The Pinewood Studios' set was also destroyed in an explosion in June.
