Reality TV star Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi Gives Birth to Baby Girl

Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi of Jersey Shore fame has given birth to her second child with fiance Jionni LaValle.

According to E! News, the reality TV star and LaValle welcomed their daughter, Giovanna Marie LaValle, on Friday morning.

Sharing the news on Twitter, she said: "So happy to let you know we had our beautiful daughter this morning Giovanna Marie LaValle. 6.7 lbs, full head of black hair & perfect".

Polizzi, 26, and LaValle, 27, are already parents to a two-year-old son, Lorenzo, and spoke about their excitement at finding out they were having a girl earlier this year.

Speaking to ABC news at the time, she said: "I was so excited. I looked at Jionni's face and he turned white. He's very excited but, of course, nervous like every father having a daughter is. They're more complicated!".

Polizzi announced her second pregnancy in April and revealed her wedding date was scheduled shortly after the baby's due date.

The pint-sized star has been stocking up on 'pink bows and animal prints' for the new arrival while shopping for a wedding dress for herself.

We can expect to see her walking down the aisle some time soon, as last month she hinted on social media that she purchased the perfect dress.

"I'm too short for an elegant mermaid dress, but I loved how vintage and classy this was, Can't wait for the big day to show you all the dress I did pick out!!!", she wrote on Twitter.
