Rihanna and Karim Benzema dating rumours: Real Madrid footballer buys bouquet of roses on nightclub date

They say diamonds are a girl's best friend but in Rihanna's case, it may be roses.

The FourFiveSeconds singer was seen on another date night with her rumoured love interest and Real Madrid footballer Karim Benzema, partying at Hooray Henry's nightclub in Hollywood.

TMZ footage shows the pair leaving separately but before heading off, Benzema, 27, made sure to buy a bouquet of red roses through the car window raising speculation that he presented them to the pop star.

Just days before, the pair were seen enjoying a late night dinner date in New York City after spending the previous hours partying together at The Griffin nightclub.

Although the dating rumours continue to circulate, a source recently claimed that Rihanna, 27, is helping the French sports star launch his music career.

According to the insider, the Diamonds songstress has introduced the footballer to her music industry contacts, explaining their string of nights out.

A source told the Daily Star: "Karim is a massive rap fan and has been here [in New York] soaking up the scene and visiting studios with friends.

"He became friends with Rihanna at the World Cup and she promised to hook him up with producers and studio pals."

Interestingly, Benzema shared a photo of himself hanging out with rapper Drake recently suggesting there are no hard feelings between the pair given the Canadian chart-topper has dated Rihanna on and off for several years.

The pair were first linked to each other during the 2014 FIFA World Cup tournament when the B***h Better Have My Money hitmaker reached out to the football player through Twitter.

Rihanna was most recently linked to Oscar-nominated actor Leonardo DiCaprio after they were seen on a number of reported dates however their romance was never confirmed.
