Rihanna and Lewis Hamilton dating: Romance rumours heat up as pair enjoy a day of watersports in Barbados

If Rihanna was keen to shutdown rumours that she is secretly dating Lewis Hamilton, she may want to try a different approach.

The Diamonds hitmaker has reignited claims that she is involved with the Formula 1 ace after they were spotted enjoying a day of watersports in her native Barbados. Pictures show the pair hanging out with friends on a catamaran before they took it in turns to enjoy the jet skis, inflatable boat and the rubber rings.

While the 27-year-old pop star showed off her enviable curves in a pretty white floral two-piece during their day out on the crystal blue waters, while Hamilton opted for a minimal style in a pair of printed black swimming shorts and a plain white top.

E! News previously reported that the B***h Better Have My Money singer was still seeing Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema and was not ready to be exclusive to either of the two.

"Rihanna is dating now and she hasn't put a label on anyone," the insider added. "She is still talking to Karim but she is also talking to Lewis and keeping her options open. She is not at any point in her life now ready to settle just for anyone but she is enjoying the time she has with her friends and also focusing on work."

"She is having a blast in Barbados and feeling very carefree," the source continued.

Their wet and wild outing comes days after they partied up a storm together on the same float during the Kadooment Day Parade in Barbados.

"They are both really busy but Rihanna has asked him to come to Rock in Rio in September so he can see her perform and spend time together," an insider told the Sun. "He is a bit infatuated with her and thinks she is not only sexy but incredibly funny, although he knows she has a reputation as a heartbreaker," a source close to Hamilton said.

RiRi was first linked to 30-year-old Hamilton at the Met Gala in New York back in May, when they sat together at the after party.

"They've had a flirtation for years and have always fancied each other, but since May this year they've been talking a lot. Finally their schedules allowed them to spend a weekend in the same part of the world and they made the most of it," a source added.

Since splitting from Nicole Scherzinger - his girlfriend of seven years - Hamilton has been romantically linked to reality star Kendall Jenner and American model Gigi Hadid.
