Shane Warne: Aliens were behind experiments that turned monkeys into humans
Australian cricket legend Shane Warne has voiced his doubts over evolution and belief that alien experimentation is responsible for human life on Earth. During an episode of the Australian version of I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here, Warne asked if humans did come from monkeys then "why haven't those ones [monkeys] evolved?"
Speaking to fellow contestant dancer Bonnie Lythgoe, Warne also raised the possibility that the Pyramids and all human life was down to the meddling of extra-terrestrials.
"If we've evolved from monkeys, then why haven't those ones evolved? Because [of] aliens. We started from aliens," he said. "Look at those pyramids, Bonnie. You couldn't do them. You couldn't pull those ropes, huge bits of brick and make it perfectly symmetrical. Couldn't do it. So who did it?"
Lythgoe appeared to agree with the statement that the Pyramids were created by aliens, commenting that the symmetry "has to be from another world, has to be".
"Whatever planet [or] planets, they're on out there, they decided that they were gonna start some more life here on earth and study us," Warne continued. When asked why humans and monkeys share so much similarities scientifically, Warne responded "Maybe they [aliens] turned a few monkeys into humans and said, 'Yeah, it works'".
Warne's questions about why there are still monkeys if humans from them is answered in Charles Darwin's theory of evolution: both species share a common extinct ancestor.
