Jersey Shore Star Snooki Responds to Hate Tweets after Posting Makeup-Free Photos with Baby Lorenzo[PHOTOS]

Jersey Shore star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has received a string of hateful tweets after posing without make-up along with her newborn son on Twitter.

The 24-year-old reality television star and boyfriend Jione LaValle welcomed their first child, a boy named Lorenzo Dominic, in August.

As part of a worldwide campaign to encourage woman to go without make-up for a day, Snooki has tweeted an au naturale picture of herself and Lorenzo with the caption: "Mommy & son❤" to her nearly 6 million followers. She later tweeted two more pictures of the baby.

"My life. I f**king love him so much," she tweeted alongside a photo of Lorenzo sleeping, and another Instagram photo of her bundle-of-joy, gazing at the camera with a smile on his face saying, "I'm not just saying this cause he's my son, but he is the PERFECT little man. I'm a lucky mommy."

In response, Snooki received hateful messages from users on the micro-blogging site over her looks and those of her baby. One user, discussing a different topic, said "this could get uglier than@snooki's baby."

In response to the tweet, Snooki asked: "Who with a heart says that?" She responded to another cruel tweet by saying that "Nothing's uglier than a rude ignorant a*****e."
