Sony Xperia Z3 D6653 AnTuTu Benchmark Score Leaked

A mysterious Sony device with model number D6653 has been spotted at the AnTuTu benchmarks.

Recently a screenshot showing the "About phone" status of a Sony handset with model number D6653 had surfaced via XperiaBlog. The model number was said to be for Sony's upcoming flagship smartphone, widely known as Xperia Z3.

As the About phone status suggests, the Xperia Z3 pack Snapdragon 801 MSM8974-AC chip featuring a quad-core processor clocked at 2.5GHz. Besides, it reveals Xperia Z3 will have a 1080p screen resolution, which indicates that the smartphone will not have QHD display. As for software part, the Xperia Z3 will run Android 4.4.4 with build number 23.1.x.xxx and kernel number 3.4.0.

Now the same Xperia Z3 bearing model number D6653 has been spotted at AnTuTu benchmark, reports GSMInsider. The smartphone has scored at total of 37,169 points in the AnTuTu benchmarks.

Along with the Xperia Z3, Sony is reportedly planning for its compact version, dubbed Xperia Z3 Compact, which is expected to have a 4.5in screen.

It will use the same processor like the Snapdragon 801 chip with Adreno 330 graphics unit. Other notable specifications are 2GB RAM, 20.7 megapixel primary camera and 2.1 megapixel front camera.
