Tom Daley gushes about 'love of my life' as he shares stunning wedding photos
Olympic diver tied the knot with Dustin Lance Black at Devon's Bovey Castle after four years of dating.
Tom Daley and Dustin Lance Black have given fans a glimpse into their picturesque wedding, hours after saying 'I do' at Devon's Bovey Castle.
Taking to their individual Instagram accounts, the newly-weds shared snaps from the big day at the historic golf resort and spa, located in the Dartmoor National Park.
The 22-year-old Olympic diver uploaded one photo of him and his new husband, 42, walking down the aisle under a shower of confetti.
The gushing caption read: "On 6th May 2017, I married the love of my life, @dlanceblack ❤️ We shared the day with 120 of our closest friends and family, from Texarkana to Plymouth! Thank you to everyone who made this weekend the most special weekend of our lives!"
He also took the opportunity to shut down reports that the pair re-enacted a scene from Romeo and Juliet with the hashtag #NoRomeo.
Almost simultaneously, Black shared a picture of the pair holding hands while enjoying an intimate moment away from guests on a stone bridge. He wrote: "So... what did you get up to this weekend?"
Daley and the filmmaker were engaged in October 2015 after a four-year romance. In January their relationship was rocked by allegations that the TeamGB athlete indulged in 'online sex sessions'.
"This will absolutely never happen again now that we're getting married. The date is set, and we're raring and ready to go for that wedding now," he told the Sun. "It was the distance. It's not like I actually met up with anyone.
He added: "I'm 22 years old, and if you talk to someone through social media it is what it is. It was nothing more than that. We never physically met."
