UK Weather: Warmest Halloween Ever as October Goes Out in a Blaze of Autumn Colour
Britain has experienced its warmest Halloween ever, with the temperature reaching 23.6C at Gravesend in Kent, smashing the previous record of 20.0C.
The unseasonally warm temperatures have been caused by a blast of hot air from Spain and Portugal.
Unfortunately, the fine weather isn't expected to last. The Met Office says it will turn cooler and wetter over the weekend.
