Victoria's Secret model Candice Swanepoel shares sweet first photo of her baby boy Anaca

Candice Swanepoel took to social media and posted the first photo of her newborn on 8 October. The Victoria's Secret model and her fiancé Hermann Nicoli welcomed their first child on 7 October.

The 27-year-old model shared a black and white image of her baby boy Anacã, with nearly 10 million followers on Instagram. In the picture the baby's eyes are closed, but has a cute smile on his face. "Life is sweet," Swanepoel captioned the image.

Swanepoel's fiancé also shared the same photo with the caption: "Meet our little Angel, Anacã. Much love for our baby boy and you, Mommy."

Photographer Jerome Duran congratulated the new mother as he shared a photo of Swanepoel sporting her baby bump with the caption: "THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MAMA Congratulations!! @angelcandices @hermannicoli Welcome Anacã!!! Already sooo much LOVE for you and the new family."

The Victoria's Secret model had revealed in March that she was pregnant. "They are very happy. She's so excited," a source previously told the E! News.

In May, Swanepoel had revealed the sex of the baby when she shared a photo of her growing baby bump. "My Not so little boy," she captioned the photo. She shared a number of photos at the time. In August, Swanepoel was thrown an adorable safari-themed baby shower.

Swanepoel and Nicoli got engagement last August after dating for over 10 years.
