A green devil beheaded the first patient of Dean Munsch's hospital in the premiere episode Fox

The 'green devil' is all set to make the lives of Chanel and her minions a living hell in Scream Queens season 2 episode 2. Dean Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) left Wallace University to open the C.U.R.E Institute Hospital. But to her horror, another killer clad in the devil's clothing, has entered her institute to unleash horror on the patients and the medical staff.

In a promo released by Fox, Hester appears in the hospital but this time she is not a killing machine. Rather, her character will help Munsch and her team nab the 'green devil' who beheaded the hospital's first patient.

The official synopsis of episode 2 titled Warts And All reads: "A new patient (guest star Colton Haynes) with a hideous ailment visits the hospital in hope of a cure, but finds a love interest instead. Meanwhile, Chad returns to win Chanel back and, in the process, discovers a dark secret of Brock's. Then, after another run-in with the killer, Munsch enlists the help of new Quantico special agent Denise Hemphill.

The two doctors — Dr Cassidy Cascade (Taylor Lautner) and Dr Brock Holt (John Stamos) — have their own secret missions that fans will get to know of later. As of now, Chad returns to the medical institute in order to win Chanel back, but he appears to have found Brock more attractive. Both will have a naked and funny moment in the bathroom of C.U.R.E.

It remains to be seen, who will be the next victim of the latest serial killer in the Ryan Murphy-created series, which airs every Tuesday on Fox.
