'We chose each other': Brooklyn Beckham bends the knee before Chloe Grace Moretz

Ever since Brooklyn Beckham moved to New York, his relationship with Chloe Grace Moretz appears more intense than ever. The couple is painting the town red with their adorable outings, and a recent set of paparazzi images of the duo showing public displays of affection is making their fans swoon.

On Thursday, 9 November, David Beckham's 18-year-old son was spotted frolicking around the city of Manhattan. At one point, it appeared like he was on one knee next to a blushing Moretz during their date night. Later, he sweetly kissed her on the cheeks.

The series of images of the couple kissing and cuddling during the wintery evening has sent fans into a frenzy as many assume the aspiring British photographer was trying to propose his lady love. The couple was again sighted the next morning (Friday, 10 November) when Beckham paid a visit to his girlfriend on the movie sets of The Widow.

The 20-year-old actress was glowing with her no-makeup look as she wore a black heavy down jacket, skinny jeans and a pair of white sneakers to keep herself warm in the wintery morning. Her boyfriend opted for a blue denim jacket over his hoodie and green beanie to beat the chilly weather.

The couple started dating in 2014 before breaking up in late 2016. Many assumed distance took a toll on their relationship. Beckham moved to New York in August this year to study photography at the Parsons School of Design in Greenwich Village. Soon they were spotted together sparking reconciliation rumours.

They later made their love official on Instagram with a number of posts gushing over each other. "I think we chose each other. It's been years now off and on and it's just one of those things, you come back and it's like no time spent away from each other at all," The Bad Neighbours actress told Us Weekly about their romance.

"I think that's the most important thing and you're lives are an open book. We like to have our own little private world and I think that's important for both of us," she added.

The American actress and the budding photographer made their first public appearance as a couple on 6 November during Xbox One X VIP Event & Xbox Live Session and wore matching denim jackets.

Moretz revealed that her idea of a perfect date night is "just he and I together. Don't need much more than each other's company whenever we can grab it."
