WWE SmackDown results: Dean Ambrose and Dolph Ziggler square off against Bray Wyatt and Erick Rowan

The latest episode of SmackDown Live saw an exciting line-up of matches that kept WWE fans on their toes. The event was aired from Rabobank Arena in Bakersfield, California, on 9 August.

The main card of the event was a tag team match that saw Dean Ambrose and Dolph Ziggler take on Bray Wyatt and Erick Rowan. Another featured match saw Alberto Del Rio take on Randy Orton, which the latter won and will square off against Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam scheduled to take place in Brooklyn, New York on 21 August.

Dolph Ziggler and Dean Ambrose vs Bray Wyatt and Erick Rowan

The match saw both teams control some part of the fight. In the end Ziggler Superkicked Rowan for the win.

After the tag team match, Ambrose attacked Ziggler, grabbed his WWE heavy weight title and walked off the arena.

Randy Orton vs Alberto Del Rio

The two wrestlers exchanged blows right from the start until Orton dropped Del Rio, who then rolled out of the ring. Orton then followed him and performed a Clotheslines on Del Rio, who fell in the timekeeper's area. Next, Del Rio butchered Orton with a steel chair. The Legend Killer won the fight via disqualification.

Eva Marie vs Becky Lynch

The match was cancelled as Eva Marie suffered a wardrobe malfunction.

Alexa Bliss vs Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch got distracted after Eva Marie made an ringside appearance. Bliss took advantage and rolled Becky up for the win.

American Alpha vs Mike Vega and Mikey O'Shea

The match was an easy win for the American Alpha. It ended when Jordan tagged in Gable for the Double Team.

Heath Slater vs Rhyno

In typical Rhyno style, the wrestler performed the Gore for the pin.

Carmella vs Natalya

Carmella carried out the Code Of Silence for the win.
