Following Cheryl Cole's divorce with Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini, The X-Factor judge is worried that a 45-minute long recording, where the former couple are involved in a heated argument, could be leaked online.

According to a report in The Sun, Cheryl's ex-husband Jean-Bernard can be heard allegedly refusing to leave, thereby leading to a massive argument between the two. The estranged couple are reportedly heard hurling abuses at each other in the tape.

The 33-year-old singer had no idea that their private argument was being recorded and the tape reportedly lifts the lid on many more of the couple's marriage secrets. Sources told the website that Cheryl was stunned to discover her ex-husband's "controlling and jealous" nature after they got married in July 2014.

A source told The Sun, "By the time Cheryl and JB's marriage collapsed, their relationship was incredibly volatile.They were constantly fighting, both in private and in public, and both felt pushed to the brink.

"Cheryl had realized within five months of marrying JB that she had made a mistake, and she wanted to end things. But she felt under pressure to wait. It was around the time that JB's dad died, and she didn't want to kick a man when he was down."

The entrepreneur recently opened up about his very public split with the singer. He told The Mirror, "It's been a tough year, I'm trying to move on. I'll never think badly of her. She is a great girl. I'm still a married man, but there is someone else."

After a whirlwind romance, the two tied the knot in a secret ceremony in Mustique in July 2014 and were granted divorce on Thursday (20 October). Following their split, Cheryl went public with her romance with 22-year-old One Direction singer Liam Payne.
