Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran dating: Model shares cryptic Instagram post, says 'there is beauty in tragedy'

Karrueche Tran has set rumour mills alight regarding her relationship with on-again, off-again boyfriend, American recording artist and actor Chris Brown after posting a cryptic message on Instagram.

It was recently reported that the Say Goodbye singer and the 26-year-old model were back together.

Tran posted a touching quote from poet Mirtha Michelle Castro Mármol's book, "Letters, to the Men I Have Loved", which prompted fans to think the message was about Brown.

"There is beauty in tragedy. For tragedy has the power to motivate the human mind. It can turn weakness into strengths and become greatness. Why would you focus on the storm, when you can focus on the rainbow?" the quote read.

However, neither Brown nor Tran have confirmed on social media whether they are dating again.

After reports emerged about the Loyal singer's love child, Tran announced her split with Brown by declaring she did not want "baby drama".

Last month, Tran opened up about their latest break-up in an emotionally-charged interview with Fix My Life coach Iyanla Vanzant, which aired on Oprah Winfrey's OWN network.

Brown, during an appearance on Hot 97's Ebro In The Morning radio show last year, had expressed his love for Tran.

When asked how long they have been together, he replied: "Almost five years. Four and a half. She's straight I dig her, I dig her man, She's dope.

"I feel like especially being in this industry you need someone that understands you and understands who you are personally except for your name.

"You don't have to be buying them bags, let me stunt on you right quick. Although I do it because I love her, but that don't come with the territory, at the end of the day we have a real connection as best friends on top of our intimacy," he added.
