Brooklyn Beckham broke up with Chloe Moretz for Selena Gomez?

Brooklyn Beckham is said to be smitten by Selena Gomez. Victoria and David Beckham's 16-year-old son allegedly expressed his love to the former Disney star, but got turned down.

"He drools about her to all his friends and thinks she's the hottest woman alive," a source told OK! Magazine.

In August 2014, Brooklyn was romantically linked to American actress Chloë Moretz. The pair apparently parted ways after the 17-year-old Kick Ass star realised he has feelings for the 23-year-old Come And Get It singer.

"He was smitten with Selena even while he was dating Chloe, which was one of the reasons they broke up," the insider added. The source went on to reveal that Gomez was reportedly "too hooked on Justin Bieber at the time," despite Brooklyn's constant efforts to go on a date with her.

Gomez and Brooklyn were spotted together at the Polo Ralph Lauren fashion show during the Spring 2016 New York Fashion Week held at Gallow Green at the McKittrick Hotel on 11 September in New York City. The insider added: "She says Brooklyn's sweet and all, but he's just too young for her. In a few years time that could change, but for now she only sees him as a friend – and it's breaking his heart!"

During a Radio Disney interview, Gomez who previously dated Canadian singer/songwriter Justin Bieber, revealed the qualities she looks for in a man. "Honesty, of course trust, being faithful, making me laugh, those are all the dream right?" she told host Alli Simpson. "It will happen. I don't want to force anything. Just somebody you can enjoy living life with."
