Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin dating again? Pair spend Fourth of July weekend together

Academy Award-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin were spotted spending the Fourth of July weekend together in New York City.

According to People, the 24-year-old Hunger Games star and Gwyneth Paltrow's estranged husband were spotted walking near Central Park in Manhattan on 3 July.

"They were walking arm-in-arm, in a hurry it seemed," a source said. "It looked like they were dressed for date night."

Adding on, Twitter user @Nick_Bun said that he witnessed the pair riding bikes at the Battery Park, on the Fourth of July.

This comes after it was recently reported that Lawrence had again split with Martin.

Us Weekly quoted a source that the Silver Linings Playbook actress' hectic work schedule led to the break-up.

Lawrence and Martin had started spending time together since June 2014, after she broke up with her on-off boyfriend and fellow actor Nicholas Hoult.

The two reportedly split in September, but were spotted together enjoying a dinner date at Kiwami Sushi in Studio City on New Year's Eve in 2014.

Last year, Lawrence opened up about what she is looking for in a partner, in the issue of the French magazine Madame Figaro.

"Someone who is capable of being consistent," she said in quotes obtained by Daily Mail. "Otherwise, I might as well stay single!"
