Kanye West 'desperate' to buy Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch for pregnant Kim Kardashian

American rapper Kanye West reportedly wants to purchase Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch for his wife, American reality television star Kim Kardashian.

According to Daily Star, the 37-year-old rapper has visited the 2,400-acre estate a few times over the years and has shown keen interest in buying the property.

However, the Gold Digger hitmaker reportedly asked for $15 million reduction on the price.

"Kanye is desperate to own the Neverland but he's not prepared to pay the price they want," a source told the publication.

This comes after it was revealed that the 34-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is finally pregnant with West's second baby.

Meanwhile, Jackson's neighbour Marie Andrade said that the King of Pop's ghost has often been spotted by the workers on the ranch.

"Michael is there, his presence, his moves and his breath. Many of the workers around the property have seen him, and they talk about him living there. It does spook many of them out," she said.

A source from a Californian estate agent said: "Local people say that Jackson's spirit has been haunting his estate and favourite hangouts since he died.

"Investors and visitors considering buying the property are warned that workers on the ranch have claimed the King of Pop haunts the premises," the insider added.
