Paleo restaurant Pure Taste: How to fine dine in London on the 'Caveman diet'
The paleo diet has taken the world by storm as proponents of the so-called "Caveman Diet" hail health benefits from eating just like our ancestors did between 2.5 million and 10,000 years ago.
Those who believe in following the nutritional plan eat meats, fish, nuts, leafy greens, regional veggies and seeds and cut out all processed foods.
So, with a growing number of people following the diet, including celebrities Miley Cyrus, Megan Fox and Gwyneth Paltrow, IBTimes UK caught up with Pure Taste's head chef Holly Redman about launching the first ever paleo restaurant in London.
IBTimes TV also talked to Pure Taste's director Adib Bamieh about how the restaurant caters for those allergic to gluten, lactose, nuts and other dietary afflictions.
